Content Provider Agreement
Dear Content Provider,
This writing serves as a formal agreement between ICF Technology, hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant," and you the Content Provider, hereinafter referred to as the "Content Provider," for the purpose of uploading and distributing content on the Merchant's website.
This Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the Date you confirm consenting to it.
Agreement Terms
- Content Legality: The Content Provider affirms that the content provided does not involve any illegal activities as outlined in the terms and conditions and complies with all applicable laws outlined in the terms of service of this site.
- Consent Records: The Content Provider agrees to maintain accurate records (copy of government issued ID, legal age check, written consent just like this one) for all individuals depicted in the content and confirms that explicit consent has been obtained from said individuals for their depiction.
- Distribution Consent: The Content Provider grants permission for the public distribution of the content, including uploading it to the Merchant's website. Additionally, if downloading capabilities are available, the Content Provider grants consent for such features.
- Verification of Identity: The Content Provider acknowledges that the Merchant will verify their identity by reviewing and validating government-issued identification.
- Third-Party Identification Validation: The Content Provider agrees to cooperate with and acknowledges the use of third-party providers specializing in the validation of government identification.
- Content Review: The Content Provider understands that all content will be reviewed by the Merchant before publication to ensure compliance.
I, the Content Provider, hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Content Provider Consent Form. I further confirm that I have obtained all necessary consents for the distribution of the content provided.
